How to Connect 10 play to Your Smart TV

You can connect 10 play to a compatible Smart TV or streaming device using the sign-in and activation options provided by the 10 play app.

Open the 10 play App

  1. Turn on your Smart TV or streaming device.
  2. Open the 10 play app.
  3. Select the sign-in or activation option.
  4. Follow the instructions displayed on the TV.

Complete Activation in a Browser

  1. Open a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Visit 10.com.au/activate if your TV directs you there.
  3. Sign in to your 10 play account.
  4. Enter the activation code displayed on your TV if requested.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Check the Connection

After completing the activation, return to the 10 play app on your TV. The app should update after the account connection is completed.

If 10 play Does Not Connect

Check your internet connection, restart the app, generate a new activation code if available, and repeat the process.
