How to Fix a Stan Activation Code That Is Not Working

If your Stan activation code is not working, the code may have expired or may have been entered incorrectly. You can generate a new code and repeat the activation process.

Check Your Stan Code

Stan uses a temporary activation code displayed on the TV. Enter the complete code exactly as it appears.

Generate a New Stan Code

If the code has expired, return to the Stan app on your TV and generate a new activation code.

Activate Stan Online

  1. Open a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Go to stan.com.au/activate.
  3. Sign in to your Stan account.
  4. Enter the activation code shown on your TV.
  5. Select Activate.

Check Your Stan Account

Make sure you are using the Stan account that you want to connect to the TV.

Restart Stan

If the activation does not complete, close the Stan app and reopen it. You can also restart your Smart TV or streaming device before trying again.

Stan Code Still Not Working?

Generate another activation code and repeat the process. Also make sure your TV has a stable internet connection.
